A realistic, stylised or brand-led character creates a different kind of encounter. We shape its presentation, animation, languages and interaction flow. The project can include the display, microphone, audio system and physical installation.

A system that depends on a cloud connection can lose the conversation when the network drops. Our avatar runs the conversation locally, removing internet availability as a cause of interruption.

Can it speak several languages?
We can prepare selected languages. The language set, voice quality and speech recognition are checked during testing.
Will it answer every question?
No. We define its knowledge scope and how it handles missing information. Where a human decision is required, it can direct the visitor to the appropriate contact.
